FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about DTF transfers, gang sheets, custom apparel, artwork requirements, and ordering from DYKore Impressions.

1. What is a DTF transfer?

A Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfer is a full-color design printed onto a special film and applied to fabric using a heat press. DTF transfers produce vibrant colors, sharp details, and a durable finish.

2. What types of fabric can DTF transfers be applied to?

DTF transfers work on many popular materials, including cotton, polyester, cotton-polyester blends, and other suitable fabrics. Always confirm that the garment can tolerate the required heat and pressure before application.

3. What is a DTF gang sheet?

A DTF gang sheet allows you to place multiple designs on one sheet, helping you maximize the available printing space and reduce waste. You may include repeated logos, different designs, or multiple sizes on the same sheet.

4. What artwork file should I submit?

For the best printing results, submit a high-resolution PNG file with a transparent background, preferably at 300 DPI and the exact size needed for printing. Avoid blurry, pixelated, or low-quality images.

5. Do you offer custom T-shirts and hoodies?

Yes. DYKore Impressions offers custom T-shirts, hoodies, apparel, statement pieces, personalized gifts, and seasonal products. Contact us with your design, quantity, garment type, sizes, and deadline for assistance.

6. How long will my order take?

Production time depends on the product, order quantity, artwork quality, and current workload. Contact us before ordering if you have a firm event date or deadline. Production time does not include shipping time.

7. How should I care for custom DTF apparel?

Wait at least 24 hours before the first wash. Turn the garment inside out, wash in cold water with mild detergent, and use a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach, fabric softener, high heat, and ironing directly over the design.

8. How can I contact DYKore Impressions?
